Etransmit autocad 2013

To bind drawings after each project submission, we would have someone open each DWG one at a time, do a save-as, then bind xrefs in the xref manager, save the bound file, and move on to the next DWG and repeat for each. This is a cumbersome waste of time. Using eTransmit to batch-bind CAD files is a huge time efficiency gain.

Thank you so much Jaiprakash. Excellent tip thank you. I have a very large project with many drawing files and many additional files. I realise that your text above refers to adding additional files but Iam not entirely clear whether this is simply adding more reference material to one CAD file or whether multiple CAD files and all their related content can be added to one package.

Thank you again, regards, Paul. Thanks for your very good explanation. I am wondering if it is possible to create new setup using lisp. I each file location a folder is created full of the zips. It seems as though it is a problem with a software I installed that is interfering with this feature in AutoCAD.

The software is Speclink from BSD. I will be calling them and asking if they have heard anything about this. I tried it on a machine that did not have the software. Before installing this software, I tried creating the Etransmit and it worked. Then, when I uninstalled it, it started working again. The two files were dzip They were dated from So I copied these files into the SYSWOW64 folder and replaced the version and presto, now I am able to create zip files from the etransmit utility.

Looks like that solved the problem for me also. Etransmitting as seperate files was not a problem, but zipping was. Looks like the zip files are not being coded to the right area.

Thank you very much, the transfer of files effectively modifies the condition of being able to create the e-Transmit files, the. Best regards Blas O. Reyes Huerta. Notice: updates available for Apache Log4j vulnerabilities.
